Ephrata, Pennsylvania (Part 2)

Well, we made it!

Chris went to work on a Friday morning (, and was told around lunch time that we needed to be in Ephrata by Monday week.  That gave us all day Saturday to pack our apartment, all day Sunday to load the moving truck, and early Monday morning we headed out to Trenton.  We still had a huge storage building full of furniture that we never took to Orlando, so Tuesday morning was spent cleaning it out and loading it onto the truck.  Wednesday we tried to spend as much time as we could with our families, and we left out for Pennsylvania early Thursday morning (during a snow storm).  After a slow, snowy drive through Georgia, and Tennessee, a horribly longgggg drive through Virginia, and a short drive through West Virginia, and Maryland, we finally crossed the Pennsylvania state line.

We've been here just a little over a month now, and I think we love it more every day.  The kids are really enjoying their new schools.  Hannah has decided to jump into competitive swimming, and Halle is leaning towards piano lessons.  Chris is working a lot right now, but that is to be expected in opening a brand new branch.  All in all, we are all very happy with Pennsylvania.

We've started searching out all the tourist attractions and little hidden gems up here.  I'll have more posts soon about Hershey, PA and our trip to the zoo in Philadelphia.  Until then, I have mommy duties calling my name! :)
